Integrations connect a workspace to the services your agents rely on outside Vocily. They are configured at the workspace level, then used by agents in the Agent Studio. Use the Integrations page to connect providers once, then make them available to agents.

Available integrations

VoBiz phone numbers

Connect calling numbers for inbound and outbound voice agents.

Scheduling

Let agents check availability and manage bookings during conversations.

WhatsApp Business

Connect business numbers, templates, contacts, campaigns, and inbox workflows.

How integrations are used

An integration usually does one of two things:
  • It gives the workspace a channel resource, such as phone numbers or WhatsApp numbers.
  • It gives an agent a capability it can use during a conversation.
After connecting a provider, you still choose where it is used. For example, imported phone numbers are assigned from the agent’s Deploy tab, and provider capabilities are added to an agent from Capabilities.

Provider accounts and billing

External provider accounts remain under your business. Vocily stores the connection details you authorize and makes the provider available inside your workspace, but the provider’s own plan, subscription, invoices, payment method, usage limits, and account status are managed directly with that provider. For example, VoBiz billing is handled in VoBiz, and Cal.com organization-plan billing is handled in Cal.com.
