Transactions
Transactions are the organization wallet ledger. The page summarizes Total debit, Total credit, and Net, then lists the individual ledger entries newest first. The table can include the date, description, product, and amount. Owners can download the visible ledger as CSV. Open a transaction to see details such as:- Transaction ID.
- Description.
- Amount.
- Workspace scope, when the entry is tied to a workspace.
- A reference type and reference ID, when available.
- Breakdown of components such as LLM, STT, TTS, and platform charges when available.
- Timeline state, such as Posted.
Usage charges
Usage charges can appear for:- Voice calls.
- Web Talk.
- Web Chat.
- WhatsApp replies.
- Other billable workspace activity.
Payments
Payments show organization money-in events such as manual top-ups, recurring plan charges, and auto-recharge payments. The Payments view can also include a Credit notes section. Use Payments to review:- Payment status.
- Amount before tax.
- Tax.
- Total charged.
- Payment type.
- Payment reference.
- Linked invoice.
Receipts and invoices
Captured payments can include tax, amount, status, payment reference, and an invoice link. Open View invoice to review the invoice when it is available. Credit notes appear in the same billing area when a payment credit is reversed.What’s next
