How auto-recharge works
Auto-recharge uses three settings:
The threshold cannot be greater than the recharge amount. The daily limit prevents
repeated automatic charges if usage spikes or payment attempts fail.
Set up auto-recharge
Owners can configure auto-recharge from Billing → Auto-recharge. At launch, AutoPay requires a complete India billing profile, INR billing, and a valid billing contact phone number.- Choose the recharge amount or enter a custom credit amount.
- Choose Card AutoPay or UPI AutoPay as the payment method.
- Set the low-balance threshold.
- Set the maximum recharges per day.
- Save the settings and complete the payment/AutoPay setup.
Recharge attempts
Recent attempts show whether auto-recharge succeeded, failed, or is still processing. If an attempt fails, check the payment method and billing profile. You can still add credits manually from the Wallet section.Disable auto-recharge
Owners can turn automatic recharge off from the Auto-recharge section or remove the payment authorization. Disabling auto-recharge stops future automatic top-ups. It does not remove existing wallet credits. What’s next
