The Wallet tab is the organization’s billing dashboard. It shows the prepaid balance, current plan, limits, usage spend, and recent wallet activity. Usage from all workspaces draws from the same wallet.

Organization summary

The organization summary shows:
  • Available balance and the Add control for adding credits.
  • Current plan and a link to manage it.
  • Concurrency, workspaces, members, and recording retention limits.

Wallet balance

The available balance is the amount of credit currently available to the organization. Wallet amounts and usage ledger entries are stored as USD-denominated credits. When you pay for a top-up, checkout can show the charge in the organization’s supported payment currency, such as INR, while the USD credit amount is what lands in the wallet. In the wallet, one credit represents USD 1.

Add credits

Owners can add credits from Billing → Wallet.
  1. Open Billing.
  2. Choose Wallet.
  3. Select Add.
  4. Enter the credit amount.
  5. Review the charge.
  6. Complete payment through the available checkout flow.
The wallet is credited after the payment is captured. If the payment is still processing, the Wallet page may show a confirming state until the payment provider reports the final result.

Workspace usage

Use the 7d, 30d, 90d, or custom date controls to review usage for the selected period. The dashboard summarizes:
  • Spend — total spend for the selected period.
  • Calls — voice-call activity.
  • Web Talk — browser voice activity.
  • AI messages — Web Chat and WhatsApp replies combined.
The spending chart groups debit entries by their charge product, such as plan fees, voice calls, Web Talk, or Web Chat. The daily-spend chart shows how usage changed across the selected period.

Recent activity

Recent activity shows the latest wallet movements, such as voice-call usage. Select View all or open Transactions for the full ledger and detailed breakdowns.
