Billing is managed at the organization level. Every organization has one prepaid wallet, and usage from its workspaces draws from that wallet. The Billing page has five sections: Wallet, Plan, Auto-recharge, Transactions, and Payments.

How billing works

Vocily uses prepaid service credits and organization-level billing. You add credits to the organization wallet, then usage and plan charges draw from that wallet. Workspace activity rolls up to the same organization balance, while billing views can still show workspace-level usage when you need the breakdown. The Wallet section also summarizes the current plan, concurrency, workspace and member limits, recording retention, selected-period spend, calls, and message activity.

Wallet

Add credits, review balance, and see recent wallet activity.

Plans

Compare plans, change plans, and understand limits.

Auto-recharge

Keep the wallet funded automatically when the balance drops below a threshold.

Transactions and payments

Review ledger activity, payments, invoices, and credit notes.
